Our client came to us distraught. She had hired another firm to help her clean up her tax issues. They wanted to charge her a lot of money, and she had No idea what they were doing, nor what the expectations were. Our client owed the IRS approximately $250,000 in delinquent income taxes. We built an aggressive OIC settlement case to challenge what this taxpayer was able to pay. It took approximately two years to work through the case's details and negotiate a settlement with the IRS.
